Whatever your views about prom it can create a whole lot of worry for families who are struggling with everyday costs. For young people who want to attend there is a pressure to look a certain way. It seems the lure of tulle, twinkles and tuxedos can turn even the most dedicated jeans and tracksuit wearing kids into something otherworldly.
For the last few years a couple of amazing women have been running multiple prom outfit events here in Carlisle. Thanks to the help of our community centres and the generous donations of local people. This year we joined forces to help collect, sort, process and gift some beautiful outfits. Well Suited are delighted to now provide a permanent home for You Shall Go to the Ball. Many, many bags of assorted suits, sequins and lace later, we can continue to offer prom clothing support right up to the event date. In exactly the same way as we provide our interview clothing assistance, you can make an appointment or be referred and we can help you find something to make you feel fabulous.
We all deserve to feel our best and it's an absolute privilege to be able to help make prom a magical event for more young people.
